Royal Ranger outreach opportunity

We have an awesome opportunity in the Fultondale/ Gardendale area. The Fultondale Elementary School has opened their doors for Royal Rangers to come make presentations to their students. We will start with one of the second grade classes and go from there. There are over 800 students in K- 6th grade, so we have a huge potential to grow our outposts and the kingdom of God. Your pastors should be very interested in this, so solicit their help. I need several volunteers to take one Friday afternoon per month to a make a 45 minute Ranger presentation (4:00-4:45 p.m.). It can be anything that you think will be interesting to the boys. You are encouraged to make flyers with information, directions, service times, etc. for your church to hand to the kids. We are hoping that they will come to your regular Wednesday night meeting. This will start March 9, 2012 and run every Friday until the end of the school year. Depending on how well it goes. We can do it again when school starts in August. Please call or email me (jcgilmer@southernco.com) to schedule a Friday for your outpost to make a presentation. There are about 12 Fridays left in the school year. Don't miss this window of opportunity. If it works here, other schools may follow. Time is short, so please respond a.s.a.p.
